    Not doing bench press

    I dunno, testosterone??? ;) But does having high testosterone mean you're going to lose your hair? I would assume that only if it gets converted to DHT - and the conversion rate differs from person to person.

    I think there is a bit of confusion related to the link between hair loss and high testosterone. It's caused by dihydrotestosterone. So if DHT is high, bye bye hair - although DHT levels are a genetic thing. So.. all I'm saying to the OP is - keep training, it's not causing your hair loss...

    Thumbs up for Professional Whey ! I used to buy from Protein Direct, but they stopped sourcing their WPI from NZ, so I looked elsewhere. PW were about the same price as PD, if not cheaper, and their products are great.

    Have you seen any of Steve Cotter's videos? That guy is a machine! He's got quite a few DVDs out - two of them are "encyclopedia of Kettlebells" containing like 7 DVDs each! I've seen bits and pieces, and he covers a ton of different exercises. ... How about one legged overhead squat? ;)

    Multi vitamins and Fish oil

    Just find a decent brand, at a decent price - there is not much diff in most of these products in the market. There are definitely some multis geared to body builders, like Universal's "Animal Pak". But, 12 tablets a day is a bit too hardcore I think. :)

    Which shows how much of a waste of money such products are. They contain lots of ingredients, but such small quantities, and lots of bullsh*t ingredients too. Although, we don't really know how much creatine is in SP250 for example. I'd take a guess at 3g, which I wouldn't really call...

    Howzit, Both NO-Xplode and Superpump 250 contain creatine.. Creatine is probably the main reason you got the gains on SP250...
