ok guys.....the back of my head still throbs out of control while benching. anything up to 60kg is fine anything after that ouch!!
ok breathing , diet, form ect all fine. even went to the physioand apart from being a bit tensenothing seems to be the problem. every other lift no probs at all...
during bench tonight i feel like a was getting a massive migrain at the back of my head. now it feels like the worst migrain ever at the back of my head. has anyone else experienced this??

id like to say i hurt the tendon in my foot skydiving or base jumping or something cool like that but that wouldnt quite be factual. i actually rolled it playing mixed indoor netball!!!! back just healed then this haha!!!! damn injury prone !!!! at least i have the week off work!!

gday guys after last weights session i noticed that my right hand side of my back (feels like just under my collarbone) is sore. the more i stretch it it hurts. i cant seem to pinpoint exactly the spot thats sore. but when i breathe in deep i can feel it. should i see a physio???
gday guys, im really really struggling to get bent rows down packed. im finding that im too tall and just cant get down to do them with good form. am i doing something wrong?? does anyone else have this problem? is there any other lift that i can do in a bent rows place??

just wondering if anyone on here has ever had a problem with their wrists?? i used to be a sponsored skateboarder and have snapped my right one twice so its already a bit behind the 8ball. anyone else have problems?? if so how do you overcome it?

gday guys im only 2 sessions into the beginner program and im finding that my right hand wrist is a tad tender to bend. it doesnt hurt just feels a bit tender. is this normal?? also my ankles are a bit tender too...
