    Yeh 5 x 5 is always good. I made great progress for a while there working up to a heavy 3-5rm and then three back off sets of 8-12 reps. I'm going to give PPP a go first anyway, with a heap of assistance exercises.

    I never would of guessed you were 13% body fat by looking at that last photo. Are you sure? I would of thought you'd have more definition in your arms and shoulders and back too. Go get a dexa scan and get a more accurate reading.

    220kg sumo deadlift today! I never train sumo and I was very surprised. Last time I tried sumo, years ago, they felt really awkward but they felt great today. If I can work on my hip mobility a bit and actually train the lift then I think I can be much stronger pulling sumo.

    I'd be in for intermediate. Haven't tested 1rms in a while but I'd say my squat would be around 180-190kg without wraps, bench would be around 120kg and deadlift 230-240kg. Would like to improve my lifts to 220/140/250 this year. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
