    200 back squat 140 front squat. I can't bend my wrists far enough so i sq cross arms but i reckon could do a bit more with proper technique.

    Well said mate! I wish i knew as much as i know now when i was 18 but no regrets. Sheiko might a bit hard for you and me mate, no time:) That's the reason when i first started back training got onto 5/3/1 as it fits my time schedule.

    Mainly work and luck of sleep. An old motorbike shoulder injury also it doesn't help(no excuse though) Trying to make the time for myself though is really important but without neglecting the family, family comes first. There is also the fear of getting injured as i have a mortgage to pay too so...

    I make door,windows,kitchens:) Doors and windows are getting bigger(thanks to architects:)) from when i started so plenty of heavy stuff for me to lift during the day. I hurt my back last year, still haven't recovered 100% so i learned my lesson there.

    Nothing freaky mate:) My job requires plenty of lifting all day so yeah i guess that kept me strong. I haven't progressed as well as i would like though but slow and steady wins the race i guess.

    8 years ago but not much. I came to Australia in 2002 and since i got married and had the kids didn't touch the weights at all. Felt it was time to start again 2 years ago.

    I have to agree with this. Though everyone is different hard work and dedication can achieve a lot :) I started the big 3 lifts after my mate Dan started his journey(thanks mate:)) I remember i went to his place and first time i ever done a DL i lifted 150. SQ was 120 bp 100. Got all 3 in well...
