    Lifting during lockdown

    Hey guys, I just had a question, I am finding is very hard to stick to my workouts ever since my gym closed due to lockdown. I can't really do my bench press or lateral pulldown. has anyone else come across this issue too.

    Just wondering if anyone has one of these and can comment on it? Had a talk to gymdirect about it, and for $425 it seems to be the best lat pulldown on the market for that kind of price.     ADL - Cybex Chest press and Ironmaster bench and pulldown

    Ironmaster Superbench with the cable tower (lat pulldown) attachment. It also has the preacher curl attachment too. Advertised on ebay and gumtree 400 for the superbench and pulldown and preacher attachment and bars. I can upload pics if people are interested. Cheers. :)

    Force USA F-PC Power Rack

    My 1st post is a question sorry :eek: I'm seriously considering getting this rack as it looks pretty solid but the weight ratings seem a bit exaggerated. Could any owners tell me the pros and cons of this unit. Also if anyone has the lat pulldown, is it of good quality ?. Thanks, Marcus
