I've been following a few people's logs on AusBB and I'm always keen to read about their achievements and progress - it gives me motivation. Tonight I managed to hit two PB's of my own and figured I'd post about them in the hope that someone else takes away some motivation from my posts.
I managed to hit 110kg on squats tonight and 160kg on deads - not a huge achievement compared to alot of you guys on here, but for me they were both big deals.
I've been loosely following Hatfield's advice from his book and over the last 12 months have managed to increase my squats and deads by about 25-30%. For me, that's a great achievement.
Now just to work out how to do the same with my bench!
