Pete, concentrate on 80kg first. I dont think you have even deadlifted 170kg yet.
I think you just need to get stronger. I see you do alot of technical work, which is important, but strength comes first, and you havent yet built it.
As far as whats possible, Max managed 110kg C&J at 70kg and 17, he has never had the coaching youve had, but he's done a lot of strength work.
You need to build your house from the ground up, forget fiber recruitment and all that stuff. Get to a novice strength level first. Squat 3 plates, dead 4 plates.
Once you can do that, your 80kg clean will feel like a feather.
Get back to strength basics Pete.
