Do Explain?

Sorry mate missed your question - as Andrey was warming up he was squatting over and up on his toes as the weight got heavier he sat back more and more on his heels and his knees got further back from over his toes. Bit hard to describe in words tbh but very interesting to see especially from the side.
 
What I couldn't get past was how quick all his lifts were.

His biggest lifts were almost exactly the same speed as his first warm up sets.

Yes he is very quick (Speed is king) we have had Mark Bell and Andrey over for seminars and the thing that struck me about both there lifting was how explosive both of them were. It is something that we don't stress enough in our own lifting
