If you do often utilize supersets, how long do you take between sets? How many total sets do you do? How often do you implement this into your routine?

yea, secret. but intensity is the key behind it all. pushing yourself, safely, beyond what you thought possible.

I love supersets, I don't do it every week, just as a change up from the same exercises, get more intensity happening.

On the smaller muscle groups only, like arms. Too hard to recover on time from supersetting large muscle groups, and the rest period tends to stretch out too long.

Same as Grunta, usually the smaller muscle groups although I have been doing pull ups and seated rows lately.

Back to back exercises with 45-60 seconds rest between sets, usually 4 or 5 sets
