I am 6'2" and recently started to workout. So I was wondering what's best way for tall people to lose fat. Any advice would help

I'm tall also 6 foot, to me being tall is great when we lose 5kg's it looks more like 10 ...have been working out and lifting for awhile now .What are your plans for losing fat and gaining muscle?


I'6' tall. So yes there are a few of us tallies around. As far as advice on losing weight “Eat Right and Exercise”.

Basically get a real handle on what you are eating and how much

Eat whole real raw food as often as possible. Eat plenty of protein. Cut simple sugars out of your diet. Exercise like your life depends on it.
