In this, the second installment, we focus on IFBB Pro Roman "Rex" Fritz who recalls his roots lifting in a basic boarding school gym. Rex devises a brutally simple leg session using only a barbell loaded with 225 lbs. Digging deep, Roman pushes through a gut-busting workout consisting of ten sets each of both squats and walking lunges. When the fancy equipment is unavailable and the bullshit excuses are cast aside, all that is left is effort. And desire.
 
could be better. alot better. his legs look skinny, alot of room in those shorts.
 
they fit so they not that big. he has a big upper body, he has big calves, his quads fit fine however.

i can't lunge like that with ever over sized shorts without them being skin tight. so whats going on here?
 
then how do they fit his waist? skinny quads son.

edit: i need to add. normal quads don't impress me. they gotta be freaky.

well if you see the angle of the feet, he's just using his sweep as an illusion.

edit: gotta remember, he's a pro, he's on legit gear. probably year round for years... yes i have a high standard for those people. is that a crime? no i expect more than amatures.
