Hello guys and girls i want my biceps/triceps and chest to be bigger by a few more inches how can i achieve this? I measured my arms and chest for the first time last night.
Chest: 46inches
Biceps: 17inches
My goal is to have 20 inch biceps and a 50 inch chest by the end of the year. So i can get some tips on how to reach my goal, cheers!
Training your back is just as important as your chest.
If you over do your chest then your muscles will be pulling you forward giving you a hunched over look

well that is not going to happen either.... If you are already as big as you say you are, then you must have been training for years. And if you have been training for years then you must know that natural gains come slower and slower the bigger you get..
For me Shane it's a 20mtr walk x 4 trips.
This is usually done as a finisher from doing dead-lifts followed directly by shurgs barbell rows, chest press, chin-ups and curls after the farmer's.
The weight's I work with is 45kg in each hand. Posted via Mobile Device

i cant post pics at the moment, when i can you'll see how big iam.. ive been traininh for 2 years at the end of this year its going to be 3, so i still have alot more growth left in me.. because this year has been my break through year i have grown alot compared to last year
I remember reading something somewhere that states you need to gain around 10kg in order for your arms to increase 1 inch? After noob growth of course.
