1st in bitches,
Ok, with just over 2 years solid training at my home gym, I have let myself go a little in the last 3 months.
I have mainly trained split style, with a little 5/3/1 thrown in there.
Haven't tracked my lifts in ages, I have been training by feel for a while now, and I prefer training this way.
anyway after no training and eating like crap, here are my before photos,
Starting weight = 80kg

I took these a couple of days ago, and I have joined a Gym since,
2 sessions later and I have the worst upper body doms that I can remember.
let's do it.
