I've played around with designing some decent Westside inspired raw programs in the past but after further refinement they've eventually become something different entirely with the only resemblance being the upper/lower split.
Do you mind explaining the whole chest thing as well? I remember you saying something like "fuck the triceps, just get the chest and shoulders strong" but ignored you because it went against everything I had ever seen before haha

Pretty much just want to prove the people wrong that think you need high reps to get big/ripped/whatever. A noble cause, as you can tell haha. Plus it's fun as fuck. I detest high rep squats

Nobody is saying low reps dont build muscle.
You're saying low reps alone can build just as much muscle as a combination of low and high rep schemes.
You've been doing low reps now for what, 2 years haven't you
And I believe that he mentions 20 rep squats and sets of 10-12 reps with the other exercises for gaining muscle
.Sure, there are many examples of people doing this
