Dynamometer Hand Grip Tester

I used one of these for the first time the other day at the hand therapist.

My left hand was measured at 52 and my right injured hand was 11kg.

I wonder what the maximum someone has squeezed these things.
Some of the big deadlifters would have to have this thing going off the dial.

Anyone use these to judge your own grip strength?

I used them when I did a medical for work once. Never had an interest in lifting back then but I'd be interested now.

Like you say, some of the powerful guys would get it off the dial for sure

I did about 100kg on one about 7 years ago for a work related medical, not sure how accurate they are though, but I did do manual labour involving some lifting most of my life, that probably helps.
