First Leg workout back since health issue

Hi guys,

First post here, hope to become a pretty frequent poster in the future.

I have been out of the gym for about 2 years due to health problems, I am now fit and healthy to go train again.

I am wondering how hard should I go first leg workout back, I can remember when I first started training my first leg workout made almost unable to walk for 3 + days.

I'm the type of person that will generally just push myself till I can't go anymore. 100% or nothing. Because of this and my previous experience, I'm not sure whats the best way to attack this first workout back?

Any advice would be good. Fire away!

Cheers

Start of with just the bar if you have too.
Ease yourself back into it. You'll know what's right when the time comes. .
Welcome too.

Welcome. If you've been out of the game for a while you wont have to do much and you'll be walking funny for days. Enjoy the first couple of weeks where you can reap the benefits at sub-maximal effort, and still be sore as fark. :)
