Ghosty's Rep Challenge - Challenge yourself

Btw when I was last in Melb I saw Greg Gordan (I think?) MP 100kg for 10 or so reps, I'm sure with some training he could easily get to 20 reps. Likewise with the deadlift, I youtubed and saw a medium sized guy do 200kg for 15 reps, again with some training I don't think it's impossible to reach or come close to these numbers.

You wouldn't have seen Gregg do 100x10 strict, he loves a bit of knee bend on the first rep ;)

And as for him getting 20 easilly "with some training" the kid doesn't do much except eat, sleep and train. He's already elite. I thing it would take more than some training for an elite lifter to double the amount of repshe can do with a certain weight.

seems nasty. and worth a shot, lol.
got a de-load week coming up, i'll give it a shot then.

Deadlift im reasonably confident with @ Novice level...i do a regular workout for time. 100kg deadlift & elevated feet pushups, 21-15-9...7:10 last time. Just pushing them out, should be able to get 50 with little issue...and lifting at a more friendly pace. :p

Granted, but isn't he only 19?, and has plenty more years of training to go.
