Hey all I have been trying to get fit and cleaned up my diet but I need a yummy snack to go with my coffee. I feel like a crackhead going cold turkey, i need a taste. Been to long since I had a cookie or doughnut.
Do you fit people eat anything yum? I need a fking biscuit >: (

cliffs- do you have day where you eat something yum if so please aware me. I considered protein bars but they all seem to have a lot of fat and sugar. Found some with low sugar but still had significant fat content.

EDIT: found this cookie recipe on another site what you guys think?

Ingredients

 • 2 tbsp of peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, up to you)
 • 1/2 cup of almond flour (aka ground almonds)
 • 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
 • 1/4 cup of liquid egg whites
 • 1/2 tsp of toffee stevia or your sweetener of choice
 • 1/2 tsp of butterscotch flavoring

I have some natural peanut butter

If your finding it that hard - fit acouple of biscuits into your calorie intake.

If your needing to take it to another level or when your you feel you can kick them then go for it.

If they come with a biscuit, I eat it. I don't eat many other things from cafes. Mainly because they are typically very calorie dense, not that filling for me and I don't like them that much.

The last thing I had was a white choc peanut butter slice. I was VERY disappointed that all I could taste was sugar. I want PB!

Quest bars <insert iherb spam link>

I think Shrek; has referral link for $10 off in his sig.

Dark chocolate goes good with coffee. And you only need a little bit to kill cravings.
