Hide's Pre Olympia Diet

Yeah that's not really that much food.

10 egg whites
800 grams chicken
500 grams turkey
200 grams rice
Lots of broccoli

I could eat that easily.

Likewise, I could easy eat 6-8 whole eggs for breakfast, i frequently have 6-700 grams of meat in dinner and another 100-200+ plus a 100+ grams of rice at lunch, plus perhaps a 500gm bag of frozen veggies with dinner, some snacks, a few shakes, a smoothy for afternoon tea.... it's not really that much food :)
