For awhile now I have been considering doing a bit for HIIT as my friend that is into cross-country running told me that it gives girls "perfect butt"
My image of the "perfect butt" is curvy and muscular without any excess fat, aka apple bottom
But i am unsure i was under the impression that lots of running would flatten my butt
So have any of the girls around here gotten any nice results in their butts from doing HIIT routine?
I am comfortable with a jogging and ready for a challenge to getting my aim of that "perfect butt" , how would you recommend beginning a HIIT program
