2-3 hours 3 times a week, plus i often train another 1-2 on a extra fourth day, but not as intense as the others.

Actual lifting, 1.5-2.5 hour sessions x 3 times a week

GPP 1 hour x 2 times a week - for me this only consists of mobility work, activation drills, abs. Will start to introduce some actual exercise into these sessions (burpees, sprints etc).

Bout an hour for me, I do piss fart around a lot on occasion and can take 2 hours, depends who is there, if its in the morning I talk to the cleaning lady for 20 minutes sometimes. Or like this morning I had a coffee with the manger when I finished.

Between 1 to 1.5 hours per session four days a week at the moment. Occasional abdominal work and stretching in between. When I achieve some of my foundation strength targets I will back it off to three days a week.

Wow. I couldn't imagine trying to fit in such enormously long workouts..

I think my last session called for 5 warm up sets and 13 working sets of squats.

work on 8 mins between reps thats over 2 hours just on squats.

I train at home in my garage. I have a busy job and two kids under 3 and generally don't start training until 9pm, sometimes later. I know guys who often train at midnight or later. If you want to do it, you fit it in.

Oooops, just voted under 1hr but didnt realise this is in the strength section, i train mainly a bbing rountine...

Between 1.5 and 2 hours for main sessions, really depends on whether I have time or can be bothered with assistance.
Just squats with the warmups and shit usually takes about an hour on its own.

Weekdays between 60-90 minutes, strength and conditioning work.

Weekends I do 3+ hours on 1 of the days but that's generally a long ride or run with no strength training. The other weekend day will be rest with maybe a bit of active recovery work.
