Could do pre and post shows.. and perhaps offer a discount or loyalty program if they re book for the divorce party.

Day 3:

Trained today, had hypertrophy bench. Food wend well and I actually had about 50g of carb left at the end of the day as I didn't take my usual carb up preworkout.

Like how your throwing up your diet dude :).

Obviously you've reduced your macros a bit from your typical figures to help with the leaning, what would your typical cals - macro split be like if you weren't prepping for this gig?

By hypertrophy bench, you going for lower reps higher weight yeah?

Thanks mate.

Cals prior to this are at around the 3000cal mark. 260c 190p and 135fats. I had been putting on around 250g a week. When Im not leaning up I generally don't worry too much about my carb/fat ratio just focus on total cals hitting protein requirements.

I do a hypertrophy strength upper lower split. hypertrophy days are normally 3sets 8-10 weights heavy enough that I only have one or so reps in the tank, and strength days are 3x3 max effort. Here is my current program http://ausbb.com/showthread.php?t=25697&page=5 sixth comment down. I have kinda tweaked the standard template westside barbell program I was following prior.

Darkoz; Covering all grounds as muscle hypertrophy equates to strength and strength equates to muscle hypertrophy. Stimulation verses annihilation.

Day 4: Squat strength day. Not a great session, could have been a combination the change up to more volume and lower cals. Also the increased DOMS from the change were still lingering. Time will tell I guess.

I needed a f@cking cookie. Just over my cals but as I was just under the day before its not going to make a difference.

I had a fairly early dinner last night which can be a bit of an issue for me as I tend to find my self nibbling out of the pantry if there is a big gap between dinner and bed, but no issues last night. All cravings kept under control. Even when my wife spooned a tablespoon of nutella straight out of the tub and started to devour it in front of me. Needless to say she got nothing from me last nigh.

The beers fucked your calorie intake for Saturday...

yep just slightly...ha

Where abouts did you go camping?

here: http://www.flatrockcamping.com.au/cp_themes/default/home.asp

only took about 2.5hrs to get there. Will be going back for sure, top spot. 30 second walk and your on the beach.

Day 8:

Lower hypertrophy and hit my targets pretty well.

the 380cal at dinner was a chicken pattie I had to cook up.

oh cool. I just bought a new touring canvas tent so I'm keen to get back out there.

like this one: http://www.anaconda.com.au/Product/...-Canvas-Tent?gclid=CP_2-I-Qlr4CFdh5vQodnLkASQ picked it up for $150 used 3 times!

Sweet, we got most of our gear from anaconda as well. We go to boolumba creek up near Kenilworth a bit...awesome spot on the creek with waterfalls near by and camping along the creek. Gets chilly at night over winter but u can have open camp fires.

Sounds great, I'll be sure to check it out. cheers

Camping without an open camp fire is not camping, it is just sleeping outdoors freezing......

Very true. Our wood on the weekend must have been a bit damp, struggled to get her roaring.

Day 9:

Upper hypertrophy. Hit my target intake for the day, I was down a little on protein but not too worried at 150g. I struggled a bit in the afternoon with hunger. Thank god for sugar free soda. Hit the spot and got me through to dinner.

I jumped on the scales this morning which I wasn't going to do until the end of the week but I couldn't help myself. Im down about 700g. Without breakfast and the 300ml of water this morning I guess you could call it a kilo. Will wait until the end of the week to weigh in properly.
