IPF Worlds

Just made the 3rd - 375kg.

If his walk out was strong on his second attempt, the 375 looked easy enough that he potentially had 385-390 in him.

Just bombed on bench :(

I think his shirt was too tight/didn't have enough weight as he was struggling to touch. Missed 285 cos it got nowhere near his chest, 295 touched lopsided as did 300

Did he not deadlift or has he not done so yet? No attempts recorded on the score card.

Sounds like the experience has been a frustrating one thus far :(

If you Squat 460 under IPF rules, that makes you the shit!
