Krill Oil vs Fish Oil

First post.

Hey guys,

I'm looking at getting some EPA and DHA in my diet. I am lacking it because I hate the taste of cooked fish (oddly, but I love it raw and no good Japanese places in Canberra) anyways. Been looking around for the 'best' capsule to take. Someone mentioned Krill Oil to me because of the extra anti-oxidants in it and the lack of an after taste, but I've seen Fish Oil with the same 'no after taste' advertised.

Any opinions on the two?

Krill is what they feed the salmon in the fish farms. The salmon then concentrate the omega 3s from the krill that they eat. So it's ultimately the same stuff, but apparently the krill oil is better for your period pains.

Fish oil no matter what the packaging says will always have an after taste or a fishy burp.

So if you don't want to go with something else, just cop it, it's not that bad.
