looking for good supplements

What do you mean by good?

What is your diet like, what sort of training and what are your goals- bulk up or cut down or get conditioned or ?

See the attachment. Heard it is the best! :)

As Lex said, give a bit more info, but nutrition and training are what is going to get you most of the way there. Supplements can help that a little, but won't do much if nutrition and training aren't happening / are wrong.

Hi there all i have just started going to the gym and was wondering what and where should i get good supplements

Head over to coles/woolies, buy two dozen eggs and as much milk as you can curl in one hand for reps, consume in addition to current diet over a week and be amazed by these legit supplements.

Protein powder from 'No Bull Supplements', and may be get some creatine from 'Bulk Nutrients'.

May be a good daily multivitamin and some fish oil capsules.

But as stated before train hard and eat well, eggs, steak, chicken etc etc.
