Hi guys, ive spoken to fadi about this and hes provided me with some good advice, but instread of just annoying him about it if anyone else has some information it would be helpful.
The other day i did a routine of MP / Deadlift / Squats. Toward the end of the session i knew i had a lower back issue as a result of one of the exercises or a combination.
What i want to know is why it is focused purely on the left hand side, what would i be doing in these movements that would force only one side of my lower back to have strained/pulled/torn ?. I know i step forward on my MP with my right knee, otherwise all my movements are done with feet alligned.
any feedback appreciated.
