After reading a bit around here today and some input from Shrek, I am definitely going to be making my own supps when I run out of my current supply.
I was thinking of buying.
WPI, WPC, BCAA's, EAA's, Glutamine. I would combine those in my protein shake along with different mixes of WPI and WPC depending on when I have a protein shake. As I am still learning alot about this, is there anything else that I should add to my "protein shake"?
I also would like a pre-workout shake too, I was thinking something very similar to what Shrek has posted. Would your recipe also give a good pump like the NO products Shrek?
Now to come up with a T Booster.
