In this day and age everyone gets caught up in the most confusing shit possible or they just dont use common sense to think about things...

Red meat is good for humans...we have been eating it for millions of years and have you ever heard of anyone dieing or living longer from eating to much or to lil red meat...

HAVE A BALANCED DIET THAT HAS FOODS FROM ALL FOOD GROUPS AND YOU WILL BE A NORMAL HEALTHY HUMAN...this includes ice-cream lol

nah not confused at all , there is always some expert out there that contradicts something that we have been doing since the dawn of time , that is eating meat
