@Taurus Appreciate the feedback (even if it's not great!). It's not meant to be cooked or we would of put that in the instructions. Whether it can be cooked may take some experimentation but that's not something we trialled in house. In terms of the best way to take it, just take it like a normal protein shake with water or milk as a meal replacement for breakfast or whenever. Taste wise you got Natural Oats and Whey so I'm not sure how much flavour you were expecting to get from it, but all ingredients are pretty neutral tasting.
