Haz hit the nail on the head, its alot better than soooo many of the other gimmicks out there.
Now like i said before this is posted in the wrong place, crossfit will not helpyou increase your 1rm, this is the powerlifting section of a bodybuilding forum.
If you want to get fitter , look better by shedding some b/f crossfit will work for you.
As for the price ..... ring your tyre place there give a big
fu#@ed one for nothing, you allready have a barbell and weights and if you havent got a pull up bar (your doing something wrong)....
So many lifters/bodybuilders are too quick to find faults in anything there not doing, rather than looking to find something positive that could help them reach a goal .
Everything has a upside, shit i dont do tricep kick backs , but i reackon if i did 50 right now my tricep would ache tommorow .....Useless movement.
Everytime i come on here people are trying new things Routine/reps/load why is that?
Your muscles become used to the same routine/movements .
So maybe 4-6 weeks of doing crossfit ,boxing or any otherthing thats different might help you in the long term 1-2years.
