Powerlifting Comp in Prison

Well if they got all day to train every day, powered by cans of tuna and milk powder for supplements, that's probably the only they got going in their lives until they get out and rock the feds lol.
 
Doubt there's too much in the way of juice in there. They wouldn't be able to run a regular course of roids. The lifts suggest probably not juiced. The 230-240kg squats in wraps and 5 inch belt and 160-190kg benches at 100kg bwt in the video is about the best you could expect from guys on less than optimum diet and probably shitty access to the weights. I guess if they're gobbling lots of jizz that would help.
