Protein powder= constipation or diarrhea?

So just wondering if anyone else has issues like this?

I have tried protein from the bulk suppliers on here (a few of them) and they all seem to send me running for the toilet within a couple of hours but the protein powders that dont do this seem to have the opposite effect.

Its kind of annoying, I dont have any isues drinking milk and I figure its kind of similar, minus the carbs and fats.

I will say that I do have digestive issues though, so maybe I react more than other people but Im still curious to know whether anyone else has issues.
 
Never a problem for me, If i have 3 scoops in one shake and smash it back, I might get a sore tummy for 10 min or so.

Up the fiber mate, Add phsilluim husk to you shakes...or metamucil drinks. Or more vegies.

Ive tried wpi from bulk and powernutrients off here, they both gave me some serious speed running to the toilet.

The only ones Ive found that dont do that are aussie bodies perfect protein and that tony something designer physique.

The aussie bodies is a wpi/wpc mix, and its the one that Im using at the moment I dont really use designer physique cause it is frigging expensive.

it's possible you have a food intolerance. could be anything from the whey (assuming you use whey) to the sucralose to the gums or other spakfiller ingredients that aren't protein (gums etc).

Most of the commercial brands use the same sort of ingredients.

I have used ALOT of diff proteins over the years and the only one that gives me problems is pure WPC...

I take in 40-50g of fiber a day, I dont think I could get in much more.
