protein shake

i have been going to the gym for a few months but know i want to do a protein shake...whats a good one to start with

For a basic shake, this is what I take to bump up daily calories:

  1. 500ml regular milk
  2. 30g (1 scoop) WPC, bulk and unbranded, (really into strawberry flavour right now)
  3. 60g (2 scoops) Super fine oats.
I'm having this twice a day and like it.
 
Hmmmm - didn't know they made WPC. My auntie has repped for Fonterra for as long as I can remember... best shoot her an email I think!!!

Yeah they do mate. They only sell to you in bulk though with an ABN.

Hence why I set up my website. :)
