Taz was my first official member. His max squat when he started 1 year ago was 150kg.

Today he squatted 215kg.

Junior has made absolute mince meat of his program. These were meant to be difficult singles.

Some pre-states lifting.

Not everyone in the video is doing states. But their programming lined up with the ones who are.

Junior isn't doing states, but he's added 35kg to his squat in 9 weeks. He will definitely be a contender in the 125kg class next year.

Jay came in yesterday to work on his pressing. I've been telling Jay to compete for 6 or 7 years now. It's awesome to finally see him start to get serious about it.

A large, Derek Boyer-esque man who was most definitely not Derek Boyer came in and did some heavy deadlifts yesterday.

Ben aka aka sir benchalot aka nevergetsoffthebench aka sonic the bench hog hit a new PB of 190kg

I worked up to 220kg (single ply) to a 1 board

Steve has been training with us for 5 weeks now. He had never squatted before he came here and had only deadlifted once. He's making great progress.

Here I am hitting 250 x 3 single ply with reverse bands
