Hi guys
Just wanted to know when you stop working out you lose size
This is correct but wen I had an xray they had told me I had large muscle mass and I did not train for 6 months to a year. I looked like your average person so what does this mean? Your muscle never loses all its size? I didnt look it but they knew I was a weightlifter . ?

not sure about the xray, but people that work in a hospital see people for a living, they get really good at reading people.

things like chest thickness, dead give away you train. looks totally different than someone who's big and fat.

I met a former pro BB'er once, he hadn't trained hard for a year, but still looked big and muscly compared to the average person, so yeah I suppose once you're at that advanced level it takes longer to lose it.

oh yeah, a trained individual also stored much more water in the muscle bellies compared to someone untrained, especially bodybuilding specific training

size doesn't matter!
