People writing articles on how to train who have no idea. Especially the ones which link studies that prove one thing, but the article goes on to make 10 semi-related conclusions based on the study (which the study never proved).
All the bullshit, I guess. It's really hard to find people who know what they're talking about... I believe with Mike Tuscherer's book I've found one though. Really hard to find good people in bodybuilding though, Mike is more powerlifting.
Also, bodybuilding vs powerlifting. They have a lot to learn from each other, and at the top it's recognised already.
All the bodybuilding / training advice stuff that only really works if you're injecting T or an array of compounds too.
