Tightness all over. I foam roll, dynamic stretch and warm up heaps before I even head to the gym otherwise I become a walking magnet of injury.
And every now and again I save up enough for a nuru massage to release a particularly tight point.
Bench press:
lack leg drive
bar path not direct (too vertical)
possibly rucking right elbow a bit too much (to protect old injury subconsciously I think)
