Bloody hell, that sounds like a PWO shake. I suppose having it 1 hr before gives you time to digest it well?I have 500mls bath milk, 100g oat powder, WPC and a banana. Around 1 hour prior to work out.
Banana and honey on multi grain bread and a protein shake/egg or can of Tuna
how long is this meal before your workout?
I make a shake now prior and post workout. Both the same.
Scoop of Balance 100% Whey Protein WPI/WPC
1/2 cup Oats
1/2 banana
teaspoon L-Glutimine
1/2 cup milk
