Cheap Chinese Barbell locking / lockjaw COLLARS

I've got these collars and they're great for ten bucks. I've used them on olympic dbs with 30kg+ being held by the plates overhead confidently on Triceps presses. They hold as well or better than the spring or screw on ones i reckon Sent from my SM-G920I using Tapatalk

    Beginners program

Fadi, I'd always been told by physios etc that leg extensions were very bad for reconstructed knees due to force it places around the front of the knee cap? I've been pretty patient, its a long time now post surgery but a combination of laziness for a time, in addition to a few other niggles in...

    Beginners program

I have a query about mixing this up due to training imbalances.. I've been back in training a couple of months post a knee reconstruction layoff and I'd tried to go back to the 5x5 i was on prior, lifting at that point 135x5x5 squats, 95x5x5 bench and about 160 sets on deads.. Since getting...

So after about 4-5 months off training after tearing my acl amongst other things in the knee, I've been given the all clear by the surgeon and physio to recommence hitting the weights and decided to set back up at home. This is my new setup. Half rack & bench, heap of rubber plates and bumpers...

Lots of fighting today, overlap programming

That chicks in ear at ufc 180 was something else. One of the most gruesome stoppages I've seen in mma. Couldn't believe they let her back out for round 2..

    Raw fitness equipment

Yeah ill have the height no worries, but keen on the half racks for doing Olympic lifts also without the full cage getting so much in the way. It's juts hard to tell what the quality of its like, can't see whether there is any protection on the spotters or jhooks and how the chin up bars...

    Raw fitness equipment

Hi all, Just wondering whether anyone had any first hand experience with these guys? Their prices on bars, bumpers, ghds, racks and everything else looks great. The rack I'm looking at has no real detailed photos so it's hard to tell anything about the quality. They also sell the same half...
