    My question isn't what numbers would work? I'm not that much of a clown... anyone who actually looked or knows the program will see its a HELL of a lot more reps and sets than wendler which part of me thinks that's a good thing, though part of me thinks less can be more Sent from my SM-G930F...

    Do u high bar or low bar? If u high bar than yeah get some, if low bar, you may or may not like them.. If you have wide feet the romaleos are great, if not then the Adidas will be great too.. Adidas have a wide range at different prices, the heel is smaller on the cheaper ones, but its nothing...

    Its cool.. I don't really have videos.. Might have a 110cj and a 90 sn from blocks.. Have a 160 squat on video, but I entered 150, as I wouldn't be able to squat 160 currently, not even close!

    Yeah that what I'm thinking .. I hadn't front squated for 6 weeks, I had noticed they'd been a bit sore at work when I was twisting them on angles or anything like that.. Then one day I went to front squat and couldn't believe how hard it was

    Is this normal? I feel it probably is, I just had good flexibility from oly lifting, but now that I just train for strength they are shit.. Don't hurt when I'm benching or anything in particular, just front squats and general life
