    Workout program advice

    Your squat and deads seem pretty low in comparison to the rest mate. Have you tested 1RM? It might be time to give that a shot to not only see what you can do, but also spot all of your form flaws.

    BENT AFTER 2 MONTHS! Force USA Commercial Grade Olympic Power Bar (1500lb)

    It turns out that the bar I originally had was discounted heavily. It was only $200, so it will cost me $400 to upgrade to the Texas. So at this stage I am going to just pay the bit extra and get an ABC bar. Anybody know a way to get one cheap?

    Great info. I contacted them today and they said to bring the bar back so they can assess the situation. The bar was a floor model so it might have already been bent! I just never noticed it Looking forward to the Texas bar now!

    After testing my 1RM on Deadlift (160kg) Squat (120kg) and Bench (80kg) I have noticed that my Force USA Commercial Grade Olympic Power Bar (1500lb) is no longer straight. I never dump my deadlifts and I have never dropped the bar on to the safeties. I am going to take the bar in there today...

    That would actually be really interesting. Imagine them dumping 1500-2000 lbs off their back and in to the spotters. Would start to get very tricky to judge and fit people in to spot lol

    Not yet man, I started it this week. I just injured my rib while doing a heavy squat so I might be out for a couple of weeks :( - I will still use the diet format but change the intake on the days I would normally be working out and eating more carbs. The formula is in his video below man...

    How much P/C/F are you ppl eating?

    I am 98kg and 23% BF and I was eating around the same amount of calories as you. If anything I was maintaining my weight but there was a very small amount of muscle gain, so obviously there was also a small amount of fat loss. Did it for a while. I am now trying the Elliot Hulse hybrid approach...

    I like the look of that ratio. It looks like it could be used perfectly for healthy weight loss / maintenance and gain with calorie control
