I have a weekly shopping list atm of Steak, Chicken Breast, Tuna (185g tins), Broccoli, Cauliflower, Milk, Bananas.
That is the base shopping list. When I get sick of Broccoli and Cauliflower, I buy stuff for a Salad. Baby Spinach, Tomato, Mushrooms, Red Capsicum, Avocado.
