    The Hepburn press course. Work out 3 times a week. Take a weight, lets use 50kg and perform 3 reps, 5 sets. Keep the same weight but add one more set each workout until you have done 10 sets with the 50kg. This will take you 2 weeks or 6 workouts. Now drop back to 5 sets, 3 reps, but...

    Lost 5kg, and set a new Bench PR

    No joke. This is true, and, I owe it all to proper diet. Dont underestimate the power of the diet. Diet > all suppliments. Oh, and btw, I weigh in at 85kg now, 5"10, bench 4x8x70kg.

    i am17 years old weighing in at 55kg, I've never worked out before and think it is time that i start. what i want to focus on is my chest and arms. can anyone tell me where i should start?
