Lifters list posted for the first APU National Championships later this month. Times have changed. Now it's pretty close to 50/50 men and women lifters. Great to see.

Bit of a diluted comp this year due to World Games but Jezza is already there in Belarus. Ray Williams will be arriving soon. Masters start today. Open lifters start on the 21st.

Watch out for Blaine Sumner this weekend. He should be going for 500kg or more in the squat. All single ply and knee wraps.
And all to "proper depth".
There are two platforms. Platform 1 has replay and multiple camera angles. Platform 2 is more agricultural with just one fixed camera and no replays. Both have commentary.
