I’m after some advice/tips on weight lifting belts as I have never owned or used one before and am not an experienced bodybuilder.

My squat day goes for 45min... my bench press workout is 1.5 hrs.
Should i be bulking up my squat day? Currently 3 exercises... squat, paused squat and lunges.
Or am i hitting my chest too hard... bench press, close grip, db bench, flys, then reverse flys, bicep curl and skullcrushers....
I've been doing it for 6 months... I can pump out:
Squat: 100kg 5 x 5
Bench press: 100kg 5 x 5
Barbell row: 75kg 5 x 5
Overhead press: 50kg 5 x 5
Deadlift: 90kg 5 x 5
My stats are:
- 195 cm tall
- 140 kg
- 29% body fat

I remember back in the mid 80s, my Sister who is a School Teacher and was a Fitness Fanatic explained how Schools had banned P.E. Teachers from getting Students to do Burpees. I think the reason was Lower Back Injuries - the throwing the Feet out behind the Body on going down.
Wanting to get into strength training and fitness and unfortunately I do not have the space for the power rack/barbell/bench etc that would be needed in such a program.
