    - Low bar squat is not an exercise -

I know that what I am about to write will piss some people off, but I’m an old man, 66, and don’t have anything to lose. I also know that many people will disagree with what I am about to say and it is certainly their right to disagree. What I have to say is only one man’s opinion, but it’s...

Trying too hard to avoid 'bad' dates?

This is an interesting problem to have, and not one i used to have when i was 19/20 and actually getting a phone number was unusual enough to leave me standing shocked and open mouthed :) But i've had quite a few dates lately (girls from bars, internet dating, work, salsa etc) and I for some...

    Force USA F-PC Power Rack

My 1st post is a question sorry  I'm seriously considering getting this rack as it looks pretty solid but the weight ratings seem a bit exaggerated. Could any owners tell me the pros and cons of this unit. Also if anyone has the lat pulldown, is it of good quality ?. Thanks, Marcus

    Hard Gainer

I am in my mid thirties, and have been strength training since my early 20s. I currently weigh 75kg, and I am 170cm tall. I find it difficult to gain weight (predominantly muscle), and increasing the weight on some exercises is slow. I think I am eating well enough (If I eat more, I tend to put...

    Thoughts on Zyzz?

First off, I know a lot you disagree with his videos and antics, who cares about all that. His physique was impressive, is it possible for an ectomorph to get it naturally? I personally don't think he's 'big', but it would be awesome to have that physique none the less. I guess his body fat was...

Bulking - Easy... Cutting & staying big - Hard

So I find I can put on the kilos pretty easily when I try. I'm talking 3-5 kilos a month... Yes, some of it is fat but for the most part its muscle. My problem is that when I get to my goal weight of around 82kgs, I find it incredibly hard to stick to a maintenance diet that doesn't either wear...
