no-one cares about bw ratio it is true
but pl is won on coeff, this is the sport. If comparing two people in the same sport you use the metric the sport uses

but fat is fat and it doesn't change the fact that a sub 400 wilks is pretty embarrassing for anyone that's been training more than 2 years. I know that I was embarrassed before
 
I got 310.62 at nationals. Not embarrased at all. Gave it every thing I had on the day.

And thats nothing to be embarrased about. Its that attitude that keeps the younger weaker fellas away from the platform.

It's definitely a priority, one of many. It'll just take me a little longer to get there :)
 
Interesting side point- I make more progress when I am having fun doing bullshit training than when I prepare for meets

Oni is pound for pound stronger than this dale dude - so I have no idea what some people are going on about.

If it didnt matter what you weighed or it counted towards nothing then why the f**k does PLing feds have weight divs.....
