0ni's diet log

Your total as a 110kg lifter is embarrassing
My wilks would wipe the floor with yours, it would be no contest

True that, I should get down to 95kg, that would be a much better weight.

You are still weaker than me. You lift less than me and you had to resort to steroids to do that.

60kg is a great weight class... If you're 5'5".

0ni's 73kg, Dale's 106kg. 1.5 times 73kg equals 109.5kg.

I said almost.

I think you maybe the one who can't count here.

So dale wins again. At least he is man weight and didn't need gear to get out of the 60s. Fucking lol.

I was under the impression best lifter was won by coefficient score
Oh wait, it is

What's your best total in a meet Dale?

A very very easy and raw 570kg. What's your best raw total again? Less than that?

The day before the meet I squatted 200kgx3x5 and 220kgx1. I went 3 for 3 with 3 white lights every time, which was the goal. Weight lifted was irrelevant.

To be honest, I don't care about competing very much. It's mostly just a pain in the ass and an interruption to my training.
