Should really just do 4 of these 90day challenges a year. Makes for a good place to take pics/measurements and assess progress.

Qtr 1 was shit for me because of holiday.

Qtr 2 is going very well. Will take pics at the end of the month. (I actually do every 2 weeks at the moment anyway)

Qtr 3 I am hoping to get on stage for first time so it better be a bloody good one haha.

Max's Muscle-Up Challenge

I know I beat the Max's challenge drum a bit too much, but I enjoyed it and got a lot out of it. I'm sure others here would do really well with it as well.

Don't know if anyone else is posting update pics. 85.8kg on 1/4/14 to 82.3kg this morning. Waist from 82.5 to 79.4cm. As I said, waist is pretty much the only one that changes for me. Everything else nearly identical. Moved house so different lighting and now I'm actually practising BB poses so not exactly the same relaxed poses.
