I CBF doing the fancy editing thing so I just quoted myself. Was going well and down to mid 84's just before the end of Feb when I went to Japan and pretty much had a 3 week ALCE haha. No photos up as yet, but since the end of the challenge i have started a new 90 day challenge with a new gym routine. It's going good the AusBB challenge was exactly what i needed to get stuck into gym work again.
The next 12 weeks should be more intense.
